Regular sources of information‍

Personal information is collected from customer and subcontracting agreements, RePack delivery information, or otherwise directly from the data subject. The source of information may be a request for quotation made by the customer or subcontractor on behalf of himself, his company or his employer, or other contact where the data subject has provided the information. Information obtained from potential partners may also include personal information. In addition, personal information may also be collected from the Customer Information of Finland and other similar public and private registers.

Regular disclosure of information

‍Information may be disclosed and transferred to Original RePack Ltd subcontractors, subject to the limitations of the Personal Data Act, and to the authorities in legal cases. Communications to the customer registry are encrypted. Persons handling the data in the register are subject to a statutory obligation of professional secrecy and / or have signed a confidentiality undertaking.

Right of inspection and repair

‍The data subject has the right to verify the personal data stored in the register and to request correction of incorrect data. The request for verification and rectification must be made in writing to the controller.

Right of Refusal

‍The data subject shall have the right to prohibit the controller from processing data relating to him / her for direct marketing, distance selling and other direct marketing, market and opinion polling purposes. The prohibition shall be in writing to the controller.
